Your balance depends on you. Keeping your balance will help you when something unexpected comes knocking. It could be something wonderful, or the opposite. But if you reflect on that, day by day you'll become an expert at creating peace and harmony around you. Hug yourself, be gentle with yourself — the whole world will keep its natural balance too!
What is it?
What could you do to improve that situation? Could you maybe ask someone for help? Could you read something or look into it a little more to get better at it? Maybe you could try something creative?
Opening your arms and keeping a calm mind helps with that balance, right? Would it be better to plant both feet on the ground to be perfectly balanced? When you're carrying two books, might it be a good idea to hold one in each hand, so the weight doesn't tip to the right or the left?
There will always be something good and something not so good. A sunny day and a rainy one. The lens we choose to look at our world through will help us spot the best in every situation and every possibility.
When you've got one foot up and the other on the ground, are you trying not to lose it?
Could you write, sing, dance — instead of eating a whole jar of cookies without even noticing? You could call a friend and do something fun!
When your mind fills up with clutter, or too many ideas at once, and you can't think clearly — people will probably tell you you're losing your balance! It's so important to work on it every day, to keep your way of thinking balanced! Figure out when and why something is bothering you!
