Routines and Habits

Do you organize your time? Routine is a word that will help you gain a clear sense of what you want to do. If you're happy with what you believe in, your days will be far more productive. Otherwise, that routine will turn tedious and boring.

Good morning — start your day by greeting your own soul. Give your mind the best thoughts, so that when you wake up to the gift of living each day, your heart can smile and read what's written there.

Start a little notebook or planner to keep track of the activities you're planning. A calendar is a great option too — you can play with shapes, colors, and lettering styles to lay out and organize your ideas and your time.

Getting some exercise is a gift for your mind, and your body will thank you for it. Breathing fresh air, meditating, reading, writing, singing, dancing, spending time with your friends — all of it will remind you that you matter to a lot of people. The motivation and intention behind whatever you do matters. Everything you do has a consequence — recognize that in the things other people do too. Notice the echo of life and its wisdom. Sleep well, eat well, meditate, work.

How do you eat? Do you think an apple, a pear, or a bowl of fruit would be a good idea? If you decide to learn something, do you think it'd be a good idea to set aside an hour or two to really dig into it? What's your talent? Do you practice it? Do you let people learn from it, or admire it?
