Who Are You and Who Am I?

What talents do you have? Would you like to discover something new? Learning about topics that interest you is wonderful nourishment for the soul. How many languages do you speak? When was the last course you took? Do you admire someone? Do you admire some project that's been invented somewhere in the world? Do you like to travel? Take photos here and there? Does putting together a video from those photos make you feel like a film director?

Who are you, and who am I? It's so important to really know your friends and the people who walk alongside you — what drives them, what they want to share with you, and what they don't. Respect, trust, generosity, and values in general matter so much when you have friends and want the best for everyone.

Do you have a name, and do you know what it means? Are there names that inspire others, that remind you of something or someone? Some names carry history, others feel brand new. It's lovely to ask your parents why they named you that on the very first day of your life. Greet yourself every day of your life, hug yourself, be gentle with yourself. Ask yourself what you want to do! The why and the what-for would give it some real meaning. Did you listen to music? Did you dance yesterday and now want to try something else today? Write, paint, sing, dream!

Who are you and who am I can be your daily question, and it can help you understand better how to make your ideas, your dreams, and your projects come true. It's something we're all committed to — trying to be a little bit better every day. Imagine that with each one of those days you write a letter; in about five years you'll surely have your own book ready to publish. Who are you and who am I? Never forget your favorite color — yours, of course! And your mom's, your dad's, your brothers', your sisters', your friends', and everyone you haven't crossed paths with yet — you'll ask them too, without a doubt, who they are, and you'll feel happy introducing yourself with a simple: Hi, it's me!

Hi, I'm Rosita Ruiz
