Balance

What is it?
When you have one foot up and the other on the ground, do you try not to lose it?
Opening your arms and your calm mind help that balance, right? Would it be better to have both feet on the ground to be in perfect balance? When you have two books in one hand, might it be a good idea to have one in each hand so that the weight doesn't lean to the right or left?
When your mind is full of garbage or there are many ideas at the same time, do you not manage to think clearly? They will surely tell you that you are losing your balance! It is very important to work every day to keep your balance in your way of thinking! Identify when and why something bothers you!
What could you do to improve that situation? Could you maybe ask someone for help? Could you read something or investigate a little more to improve? Maybe you could do something creative?
Could you write, sing, dance, instead of eating the whole cookie jar without realizing it? You could call a friend and do something fun!
There will always be something good and not so good. A sunny day and a rainy day. The lens with which we decide to look at our environment will help to identify the best of each situation and our possibilities.
Your balance is up to you. Keeping your balance will help you when something unexpected comes to greet us. It could be something very good or the opposite. But if you meditate on that, every day you will be an expert person in creating peace and harmony in your environment. Embrace yourself and pamper yourself that the whole world will maintain its natural balance!
