Routines and Habits

Good morning, start your day with a greeting to your soul. Give the best thoughts to your mind so that when you wake up to the gift of living each day, you can smile and read your heart.

How do you feed? Do you think an apple, a pear, a bowl of fruit would be a good idea? If you decide to learn something, do you think it would be a good idea to dedicate an hour or two to deepen that subject? What talent do you have? Do you practice it? Do you allow people to learn or admire that talent?

Do you organize your time? Routine is a word that will help you have a clear vision of what you want to do. If you are happy with what you believe, your days will be more productive. Otherwise that routine will become tedious and boring.

Exercising is a gift for your mind and your body will thank you. Breathing fresh air, meditating, reading, writing, singing, dancing, being with your friends will make you know that you are an important person for many. The motivation and intention you have when doing something is important. Everything you do has a consequence. Recognize that in the activities of others. Identify the echo of life and its wisdom. Sleep well, nourish yourself, meditate, work.

Create a notebook or agenda to record the activities you plan to do. The calendar is an option where you can use forms, colors, and letter styles where you can diagrams and organize your ideas and your time.
